Why won't it let me chat with everyone????

Almost everyday I have problems logging in on the shoutok chat room. What is the problem?? If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them. Thanks in advance....
Getting into chat has been a problem for me too! From what i understand they are up grading it but i have been able to enter after getting rid of my cookies and temp files. Hope this helps! Good Luck~
